Your choice
- The first time you visit, a notice asks whether to allow optional measurement. Choosing "Reject non-essential" stops us counting your page views; the comparison tools keep working exactly the same.
- Your answer is kept in a cookie called ppc_consent on your own device for one year. Clearing your cookies brings the notice back.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a rejection and never show the notice.
Exactly what this site stores
- ppc_consent — your answer to the cookie notice. Essential. One year.
- googtrans — the language you picked with the language selector, so pages stay in that language. Essential. One year.
- sidebar:state — whether an admin screen's side panel is open. Essential, admin only. Seven days.
- Saved in your browser's local storage, not a cookie: your chosen language, whether you dismissed the app install prompt, and the partner link you arrived from, so a referral can be credited correctly.
What we do not use
- No advertising tags, no cross-site trackers, no third-party analytics scripts. Page-view counting happens on our own server and holds no advertising profile.
- We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Affiliate partners
- When you click through to a carrier, that carrier or its affiliate network may set its own cookies on their site so our referral is credited. Those cookies are governed by their policies, not ours.
- You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
