Sending a notice
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@phoneplancompare.com with the subject "DMCA notice".
Include: your name and contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact page address of the material you are reporting; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where the complaint is valid. We may contact the person who provided the material.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) and we will process it as the law provides.
