Sending a notice
- If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@phoneplancompare.com with the subject "DMCA notice".
- Include: your name and contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact page address of the material you are reporting; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where the complaint is valid. We may contact the person who provided the material.
Counter-notification
- If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) and we will process it as the law provides.
